Can I just drop-in?

If you've never been to our gym before, please fill out the "book a class" area on our website before arriving. This helps us manage our schedule and ensure we have space available at your desired first class.

What do I wear to my first class?

New members should wear comfortable workout clothes and a clean pair of athletic shoes.

What should I expect on my first day?

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to sign a health waiver and get you setup in our system. It's always encouraged to go at your own pace. We'll help with form, intensity, modifications and motivation! Please note: we may not be able to get you into class if arriving less than 10 minutes early.

How do memberships work?

Before signing up for a membership, we offer an introductory trial to try us out! Then, we offer various options including month-to-month memberships where you can cancel anytime.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes! Membership pauses are available!
